Founded in 1980 by Bill Summerscales, Morning Fresh has expanded over the years and created a benchmark in supplying quality fruit, vegetables, salads, prepared vegetables, dairy produce and locally grown produce.

Today Morning Fresh is one of the largest independent privately owned fruit & vegetable companies offering
a huge range of quality products and locally
grown produce.

Operating from a Grade 1 B.R.C. approved distribution warehouse in Tunstall, Stoke-on Trent the company is a major supplier to schools, residential homes, restaurants, hospitals, hotels, pubs, and major food outlets.

Our large fleet of temperature controlled vehicles enable us to offer a fast and efficient daily delivery service throughout parts of the Midlands. All uniformed staff are thoroughly trained in handling and packaging our produce so that it reaches you fresh and looking great.

Unlike most fruit and vegetable suppliers, Morning Fresh have their own chain of shops and have years of experience in both retail and wholesale. You would expect us to understand our business, but we also understand yours, we put a great deal of care into selecting the right products - not just for freshness but for suitability for certain types of cooking.

Rain Rain Go Away

The overdue rain has arrived with a vengeance. We now want it to stop in order for the planting of autumn and winter crops to go ahead.
Local Produce has really come on in the last couple of weeks now that the conditions are better. Cauli, Beetroot, Carrots, All Cabbage, Broccoli, New Potatoes are all Top Drawer.
New Arrivals include English Cherries, Santa Rosa Plums, Staffordshire Raspberries, Stick Beans, Broad Beans, New Season Pickling Onions, Blackcurrants and Greengages.
Old Potatoes, Large Onions and all Citrus Fruit remain expensive.
